Alright… we’re back on schedule! Sunday should mean another new TS10, so here we go! I’ve experienced a pretty significant life change in recent weeks, taking on a full-time role for the first time in a while. Along with that new adventure, I am working through the last class of my MA program. Add that to a brilliant and crazy six year old and life is pretty busy these days.

I am finding it can be really easy to shut down emotionally when things are crazy busy. Sometimes, it’s easier to simply put your head down and get after it, ignoring emotional stimuli that arise. While that may be effective for a while, it damages my soul and I end up being less effective in the long run.

I don’t know how crazy your life is right now. And, I don’t know what kind of emotional stimuli you are bombarded with these days. But I certainly know we all need to feel our stuff… both happy and difficult stuff. I invite you, as you listen to this playlist, to do just that. Feel.
